Introduction: Mickel holds Dual Bachelors Degrees in Physical Education and Sports Sciences as well as 11 years experience working as a personal trainer and fitness coach for amateur bodybuilding and martial arts athletes in Brazil, Argentina and Portugal. Most recently, He moved to the United States and began his fitness career here, enthusiastically helping his clients to reach their own health and fitness goals. I understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals but also in their every day life. He's what you would want from a trainer, He does not let you slack off, he gives you positive feedback and always checking in you to see how the training is going so far or how the diet is going.

I have several work related problems including inflammation and posture. Mickel was able to motivate me through the first stages of working out in order to help me build strength in the necessary areas and also to help me correct my issues. Now he's helping me reshape my body and I'm loving my new look 💥 I've never been able to get these results or keep motivation on my own before. Definitely worth the effort, time and money!

Mickel is always incredibly professional and fun. He makes sure that workouts are tailored to your needs, pushes you hard, and keeps you accountable towards goals. I was a little hesitant going to a male trainer as a woman at first, but after working with him for months, I would recommend Mickel to anyone looking for a great trainer.

Has a passion for what he does. When I’m least motivated he always has a way with getting me in the gym to train. Having a trainer that has the physical characteristics and performance that I want to achieve is what keeps me pushing on. My results show everythime. He’s very knowledgeable in all areas such as diet and form. I can ask questions and he has no problem to stop and explain. Honestly the best trainer I’ve had ever.
