- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never just throw out a number I actually take the time and make a detailed materials list right down the screws and nails then I price out materials getting the latest prices then I use my years of experience and estimate my labor time that will be needed to complete the project I add both those numbers together and add 3% for profit margin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to form a comfortable first impression I know that usually the decision to have work done on your home Is big step and sometimes customers are nervous. My client appointments are zero pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working successfully in this industry for over 20 years. Associates degree in CADD, Completed 200hr OSHA safety course. taken many continued classes and work shops to keep up on latest renovation
