FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin by evaluating the case. The value of your case depends on many factors. First and foremost is the extent of your injury. Sometime injuries are not as obvious. This type of injury is called a whiplash injury. Such injuries affect your health only after sometime after the injury occurred. Symptoms include headaches, insomnia, dizziness, vomiting, decrease in energy, etc. Our firm is focusing on whiplash injuries. We are able to recognize the severity of such trauma and properly present it for your case adjuster.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Before founding this law firm, I worked at several different Chicago law firms representing clients in personal injury matters. I received externship experience at Cook County Office of Public Defender. Before becoming an attorney I also developed excellent negotiation skills by volunteering at different non-for-profit organization.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University, School of Law and am now licensed to practice law in Illinois and Northern District of Illinois. I counsel individuals and companies on a wide variety of labor law aspects: discrimination and harassment; retaliation; wrongful termination; contract and severance negotiation; wage theft; non competition agreements. I also represent individuals and companies in unemployment dispute hearings before administrative law judges.
