This review is an important one because I have had All American Home Repair & Maintenance complete several projects successfully. My rental cabin partial metal roof replacement was done in record time, the elevated cabin wooden porch flooring was repaired and made safe for family and vacationers. There was some seasonal grounds maintenance that was neat and attractive for the premises. A plumbing repair with new toilet installation was completed professionally. I would be happy to have Greg of All American attend to any project that night arise, his skills cover much homeowner and commercial ground.

Greg from All American Home Repair did a great job on my total back porch rebuild. He did a lot of work on a 100 year old house and it looks great. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely use him again!

Greg is very trustworthy and meticulous. It will get done right the first time. He is also very reasonable.
He has transformed my home. He remade my bathroom, put flooring down, patched and painted beautifully, put in new windows, put up a fence, installed back splash and counter in kitchen, and put in a wall light and replaced outlets. Greg and his team can do it all. I make sure I get my upcoming projects on his schedule as he can get busy.

Greg seemed fine and easy going when we had our first conversation. He seemed to make a perfect fit for the job as he lives just a "stones throw away" from our house. He came by for an estimate about a day after we spoke but told us he would have to get back to us after checking the cost of the necessary materials to complete the job. This coming Monday will be a week and we have not heard one more word from him. Furthermore, he seemed to have his mind set against getting a work permit from the City, something we explained to him repeatedly had to be done for the work to be allowed and approved by the city. I can not say it was a good experience. If he did not want the job, all he had to do was just call us and tell us that. It is just common courtesy.

.Khalia is a out of town landlord the request said the permit was in the works and the plumbing and electoral contractors were working there.
When I looked at the job her local helper gave me a different story, someone had been working on the house and apparently sleeping there as well.
In a follow up with Khalia she informed me I would need to pull a permit so the plumber and electrician could go back to work there.
This sent up red flags and I informed her I would first need to get to the building department to find out what was going on.
My work schedule has made that impossible for the past 2 weeks.
