- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do offer standard pricing for my services. The rates are maintained and up to date on our website. My goal is to work within any reasonable budget. You deserve the best, don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients, first interaction is typically in person, over the telephone or through email. I like to sit down with all of my clients face to face to chat about their individual needs. This way I can discover exactly what it is they are looking for on their Wedding Day or special event. It not only allows us to get a feel for each other, it helps put everyone at ease, and expectations are set well in advance of the day of our appointment. I am interested in their story and the days itinerary. This allows me insight how to shoot the event, plan our day and take any stress or anxiety off of the clients in regard to their photographs. I present my clients with ideas and customize a plan for the photography portion of the day that we can work off of. I want you to be comfortable. A detailed wedding questionnaire is always provided to ensure the best possible results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully completed a host of composition, lighting technique and processing courses. My 20 years of practical experience help make everything flow smoothly.
