- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not particularly. Many factors come into play. Rates are reasonable. I do offer referral and, neighborhood discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is nothing typical. Everyone has different concerns and values. The only certainties in my "process" are positivity and professionalism. Highly motivated for growth and customer retention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NY state DEC category 3a commercial applicator, countless hours of training in safety, equipment calibration and maintenance, integrated pest management, turf grass morphology, entomology, turf and ornamental disease pathology, planting, pruning, and cultural practices, identification etc. I attend seminars annually and am constantly doing research to keep up to date in the field. I`m no Master Gardener but, I do enjoy the learning curve. I was a service manager as well as tree and shrub manager for one of the top 3 lawn care companies in the Northeast. Responsible for providing excellent lawn/tree/shrub care and, customer satisfaction from Coxsackie to Queensbury, Amsterdam to Valatie and everywhere in between.
