I was in a tough position - early November and needed duct work done ASAP. I contacted Russell Solutions and Jason responded right away and made arrangements to come right out and give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and I immediately felt comfortable with Jason's knowledge of the work that needed to be completed. It was the end of the week and I didn't want to have to wait so when I asked Jason if he could complete the job over the weekend he agreed to come out on a Sunday. Jason came out at 9am on Sunday and worked until the job was complete. I am so pleased with the results and cannot thank him enough not only for the quality of work but for his professionalism. Jason took the time to answer my questions and did the job better than I could ever imagined.
