- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quality service with all the care and attention our clients would expect. Our belief is that this should not come with a high price tag. We would rather have many happy clients who pay a great price than a few clients who pay a high price. Do not ask why is their price so low; ask why is the competitor's prices so high!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The transition from a new client to a decades long client is as simple as a phone call or an office visit away. We provide a relaxed atmosphere for all. We know the reason for coming to us is frustrating. When you leave our office, you will feel very assured that you came to the right place to help you with ALL your real estate needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matthew Lyman has over 25 years in the real estate field. He also has college degrees in the fields of criminal justice and political science with a concentration in law. He was a NYS licensed Private Investigator for a number of years. He has served thousands and thousands of documents for clients all over the United States.
