- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do have a standard pricing matrix, but most homes and the requirements of the homeowners are not standard. We try to cover the cost of the equipment in a basic installation leaving the consumer with only a low monthly expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask the client what they are trying to accomplish. Once we understand what they want, we make sure that they are getting the most cost effective solution based on the technology that provides the greatest protection at most efficient cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 Years as a Police Officer, reaching the level of Sergeant before founding my first security company in 1985. Within the home security and closed circuit televisioin circles I have been through every training imaginable...even taught a classes along the way.
