When I stated that I wanted the rear speaker wiring to traverse through the walls and across the attic, I was told that "it couldn't be done". Not only did David (from Desert Sound and Vision) state that this wouldn't be a problem, it took him all of ten minutes to run all of the necessary wiring inside the walls and through the attic to my speakers. He set up all of my home theatre equipment quickly and efficiently. He took the time to patiently explain to me how to operate all of the equipment. I did not expect someone so young and enthusiastic to exude such professionalism. And this is coming from someone with multiple engineering degrees and an established career in high tech.
