- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
phone contact to set up an appointment for assessment, go over colors and pricing (takes about 15 minutes) we only require a signature to schedule and start the job no money due until completion (unless job is $4000 or more then a deposit is required) once job is scheduled our office will contact the homeowner the day prior to installation to give a 2 hour arrival window and explain what crew will be performing the work and give daily updates on progress customer service is just as important to us as our products and services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have trained with some of the best in the business our entire staff is tested every 6 months on our products and services thay goes for our installers and office staff
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my grandfather 24 years ago so I have an old school mentality when it comes to work ethic and customer care
