FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we send out an introductory email. I ask for current photos and information about your height, weight, lifestyle, etc. so we can start the process before we meet. Then we schedule a date to link up. Depending on what you need, this could take 5-8 hours. We start with a look at you closet, donate what we don't need and organize the rest. Then we head over to a designated stylist (I have a few I work with, only focusing on men) for a new haircut and/or shave for your face shape. We also visit an esthetician for some skin care and waxing (optional). Then we move on to shopping. We hit some great men's stores within your budget. We'll buy only what you need and try to incorporate as much of your old wardrobe as possible. We head back and put together some new outfits for you and take professional photos of you in each one. You're done! I'll leave you with some tips, laundry care advice, and some free gifts. Have fun!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of guys from recent college grads looking for a new job, to middle aged guys coming out of a divorce, looking to get back on the market. Everyone needs a little image help here and there.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should focus on what they want to get most out of this service before they book. Also make sure you have an open mind to transformation. You might feel a little out of your comfort zone at first, and thats okay. But realize that's part of the process and you'll be a lot happier once it's all over.
