I have been working with Sarah for a number of years. When I first met her, I had some very serious and limiting issues that affected my normal daily ability of movement. She helped me more than any others with who I had worked. We worked on my flexibility and core strength and continue to do so today. She is focused on seeing that you improve!

Sarah's training packs more into an hour than I could do in three on my own, a perfect mix of strength and cardio building, built around functional movements. She has also helped me correct imbalances in my knees and hips, and has a keen and demanding eye for proper form. I don't like working out just for the sake of working out. I also want workouts to prepare my body for everything outside the gym, and this training has brought great benefits in the other activities I pursue, like hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. I have more strength and overall fitness, which has made me more resistant to injury in other activities.

Sarah is exceptional, professional and intuitive. Her workouts are spot on and she's a great listener. She has a vast spectrum of knowledge and can motivate you and empower you to reach your fitness and personal goals. One of the best trainers I've ever had.

Sarah has trained me since Feb 2015 and I am grateful each day for her wonderful care. I suffer with a spinal injury that causes upper body pain and atrophy. The work Sarah does with me helps target, strengthen and rehabilitate problem regions so that I can reduce pain, heal and get stronger. Sarah is careful to watch and guide so that I don't hurt myself. She knows how and when to modify excercises while she pushes me in my workouts.
