- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to review a new client's prior year tax file and have a conversation upon a virtual introduction. I welcome tax documents and information by way of e-mail, fax, mail, or text and schedule appointments as needed. Appointments can be performed via phone, virtual space (i.e. FaceTime), or in person. I will encourage you to accept Complete Tax Filing Packets in PDF via encrypted email and make any necessary tax payments electronically. These procedures streamline the tax filing process and are employed by most tax professionals today.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Tax Preparer with more than 18 years of experience and keep current on enacted and pending tax legislation. Additionally, I have multiple degrees in Accounting and Finance as well as vast knowledge on financial products and entitlement programs which adds value to the service I provide.
