- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I direct folks to my website as I have a lot more details there. If folks are unable to afford an attorney, I also offer links to free legal resources available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new folks is to do a 5-15 minute phone call to make sure that I can help them with their legal problem, and we would indeed be a good fit. I am unable to take every case that comes across my desk, so I get to pick who I want to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Seattle University School of Law and graduated in 2013. I was a volunteer mediator before I went to law school and I really enjoy helping people get closure, solve their problems, and communicate with loved ones about their end of life wishes. This work isn't for everyone but I wake up every day feeling good about what I do.
