Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I work with clients to design what they want, help them to reduce future potential energy cost, help them to understand pros and cons of different materials, and building systems. I have incorporated recycle materials, personal items, and sculpture into building elements, whether for the purpose of remembrance, celebration or reduction of waste. I assist clients with visualizing their place and help them with their future dream space via 3D modeling at a reasonable cost. I enjoy working with clients, discussing the aspects of design, sustainability and their lives and dreams. Not to mention that I love working to solve design problems.

Aychiung is very good at meeting the needs of the client. I worked with her in the planning of our addition and found her to be a great listener, detail-oriented, and very responsive to our design ideas. She proved to be flexible and was always willing to use alternative ways to fit my budget and schedule. I found her to be timely, patient, honest and full of ideas. She has been very eager to ensure that all of the details are accurate, and is willing to see it through to the permit process. Great pricing and knowledge of the field.

I hired Ms. Liu to design a 1200 sq. ft. addition and renovation for our mid-century house. To my surprise, she managed to create a loft and roof deck with a view of Puget Sound. The renovation transformed the small cramped kitchen into an open modern space. In addition, she recommended energy efficient equipment and windows, as well as ideas for the future, like solar panels and low voltage lighting/wiring. We were able to use recycled and sustain materials. I love the new bamboo staircase. She is a very good and talented designer. We enjoyed working with her.
