FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on an hourly rate. A short duration, handyman type job will be a higher rate than a long term project, as the bottom line is how many billable hours i can get in a given week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very straightforward: We set up a meeting and go over the work to be done, at which time I can answer any questions and/or give any insights as to how I would approach the job. Then I will send the customer a detailed estimate, outlining each phase of the work to be be performed and the cost. The customer is then free to accept or decline my proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training for the most part, although I did take a few construction courses in the past when I was a commercial construction superintendent.
