- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you and/or your venue provide sound equiptment, our rate is $100 an hour. If we need to travel with our sound equipment, that is an additional $400 flat fee. All prices are negotiable. Inquire within.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to establish the client's expectations as it pertains to mood and sound. Next, find out exactly what the client wants to hear. The more detailed, the better. Finally, once price and performance are agreed upon, a deposit to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between both of us, we have been making mixtapes, spinning records, and performing live for over a decade. Both of us are avid music collectors and sellers, whether it be Vinyl, Tapes, CDs, etc. As well, both of us have performed and/or worked at dozens and dozens of various events over the years, including weddings, art openings, product launches, fundraisers, and the like. Finally, both of us have studied and executed sound design both professionally and informally. We are cabable of troubleshooting and producing great sound in all kinds of spaces.
