- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process would involve free 30min consultation, discuss short term and long term goals. Identifying the clients stage of behavioral change and personality style. Collecting health and safety information , learning about lifestyle preferences, interests and attitudes. Understanding previous experiences and conducting assessments including measurements and body fat %
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience. Certified by American Council on Exercise. Also First aid, Cpr, Aed certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started out early for me at age 12 when the first time I picked up a dumbbell. I started competing at age 16 and continued for many years as an amateur and professional athlete. Weightlifting and fitness is my passion that turned into a profession which I love to do.
