Introduction: I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Certified by American Council on Exercise. Former IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and athlete. I specialize in strength and functional training including weight loss, muscle gain, tone up, body conditioning, bodybuilding. Being an excellent trainer it's not just about skills and experience. It's about being a good listener, and communicator. Every client have different goals. I always make sure that all mine clients get all the attention they need, and the results they want. Joe is the best trainer I have ever had. He is excellent at personalizing workout routines to help one meet their fitness goals; each workout Joe mixes up with specific exercises we do while still adhering to my specific health needs and fitness ambitions. In spite of my busy schedule, Joe always finds time to squeeze in a training session with me. I always look forward to meeting with Joe as he is very friendly, easy to talk to, and motivating. Lastly, Joe helped me devise a unique nutrition plan which has proven to be highly effective in helping me achieve my fitness aspirations. I have been training with Joe for almost four months now, and I have every intention of continuing to train with him for many months to come. I had the pleasure of training with Joe Kobor for 5 years, including rehab out of a labrum repair surgery, and a foot surgery. He was professional, knowledgeable, very helpful in getting my 'parts' working again and at full strength. Except for the fact that he moved temporarily, and then I moved, I'd still be training with him. Highly recommend his techniques. He trains all ages (I'm 66 now), and never once did I concern myself with his instructions. All is good thanks to Joe.

Joe is all about customizing a program for your goals and more importantly your pace. Unlike some other trainers that promise you extreme results (without the cost of potentially injuring yourself), he builds for the long run. Which allowed me to develop the mental muscle to carry on with the regimen even after I had to discontinue sessions with him, due to my travel schedule. Highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for results the right way.

Joe is a supportive, experienced trainer. I've gone to several different trainers, and what sets Joe apart is his systematic approach to training and his very calm, supportive demeanor. Every workout with Joe feels like a good use of time, because it is very clear why you're doing each exercise. I strongly recommend Joe if you're looking for an experienced trainer.
