Duane Bakke Photography

Introduction: My first goal is to provide my customers with images that will meet their needs, be that family/Sr portraits, corporate & artist headshot, or product/real estate photography. I like meeting people and finding out what is important in their lives, then trying to capture that in still images. The creative process is what I enjoy, of course like everyone else. The artistic side of photography is what first drew me in. I spent time reading about the process of black & white prints, then breaking the rules in my darkroom for a few years early on. Every shoot is different, which is great as I enjoy a challenge to make something work. I love being outside, and it seems I'm always looking at how the lighting is, almost anywhere I go. I've done some self-evaluations recently as part of a work project, and being a photographer is definitely one of my character traits. I love it!
