- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of my process is an intake of the project scope and getting a feel for a new project. I have a list of questions that gets the ball rolling, this can be easier as an in person meet up, but we can also do this via a shared Google Doc. After this initial meet up, I start doing research to get a better understanding of your needs in relation to the marketplace. We then touch base to make sure that we are both on the same page and I pitch an idea on how to move forward. I love constructive criticism and I will work hard to make sure that we make decisions that are right for you.
