- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I am upfront about the food that I cannot cook which is Vegan & Vegetarian cuisine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I learned how to cook @ an early age from my Japanese mother, she was a incredible cook. Japanese food is very beautiful, she always taught me to always pay attention to detail & to always make your dishes look beautiful regardless on what type of food you are cooking.
