- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $90/hr, but I am one of the most efficient designers out there. I pack a lot of work into that hour!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Phone, facetime or in-person meeting to talk details. Step 2: For small projects I provide first draft or initial options. For large projects, I'll send over a scope document to make sure we're on the same page with all of the details and then get to work. Step 3: I offer 1-3 rounds of revisions, depending on the project. I will let you know how many revisions are included with the quote. Step 4: You get access to all of your files in one organized Dropbox or Google Docs folder!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of design experience in various agencies in New York and Seattle, WA. Clients include Kraft, Target, Jose Cuervo, BMW and Microsoft.
