I hired Mogi to install kitchen cabinets, crown molding and install range exhaust microwave on my garage apartment. He and his crew did a great job and Mogi was excellent in coming up with solutions for challenges with the job. They got it done in very timely manner (a day) and cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was pleased with the work (which I am). I’ll definitely look to him for future projects.

Working with Mogi was a fantastic experience. He helped me with the framing, drywall (mud and texture, and electrical for our master bathroom remodel. He is very knowledgeable and does quality work. He gave me great alternatives/recommendations to our original plan. He understands the updated building codes. He quoted me a fair price and they expedited the work. We were very happy and I highly recommend him.

Best handyman in entire Seattle. Yes, You heard it right. Last few months, I have been contacting many contractor and handyman for various project in my seattle house. Also got screwed two times for hiring a wrong person for the job. Finally, I found Mogi (TLG group)...Thank god!! What do I like about them ? 1/ Reasonable price with quality work - He quoted resonable price for my bathroom remodel project and did excellent work. 2/ Professionalism - From beginning, he showed up on time while i requested a quote. Thruout the project, He and his person showed up everyday and finished the job on the time. They left home clean. 3/ Flexible - His patience level is amazing. I had few changes along the way and he was able to accomdate all of that. Most importantly, he didn't took bad advantage of those changes. I would hire him again and again. I highly recommend Mogi and his team! They are punctual, hardworking, diligent and responsive. They helped us replaced the siding of our house and installed new window trims. The pricing was very competitive and they completed all the projects within the timeline. Mogi also went above and beyond to put our fence post back up with cement (the proper method) when the new siding was completed (it was previously drilled into the siding). As mentioned in some of the reviews, communication can be difficult at times due to language barrier but as long you are very specific with the scope and expectations, the outcome will be GREAT!
