- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be a $50 diagnostic fee charged for every device. The diagnostic fee covers the time taken to supply an accurate diagnosis for your device. The fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the cost of any repairs. Labor is typically $100, just depends on the complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check in your computer to my ticketing system and begin a diagnostic. Once I complete a diagnostic, I submit an estimate and you decide if you'd like to proceed. After that I complete any repairs, take payment, and get you a healthy happy computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All training has been provided on-the-job at previous companies.
