Have had an overall positive experience thus far with Cadence and will continue to refer them to other multi-family residential building owners in the Seattle area. Property management team is very easy to work with and efficiently pre-leases units when vacancies occur. The web portal they use with residents streamlines rent payments and allows online maintenance requests for prompt response time. Suggestions/concerns I've had are addressed professionally and in open conversation format to allow room for improvement based off my preferences, which is appreciated.

I've had a wonderful time working with the Cadence team. Having a handful properties around Seattle they've handled all of my property management and maintenance needs for about a year at this point. Regular reporting, clear communication, and service has all been above expectations not to mention a keen ability to maximize return from each property.

John, Katie, and the whole Cadence crew has been nothing but professional and exceptional at the management of our apartment building. The technology they use is definitely a step up from what we've seen in the past, tenants seem to like that feature. I however, was most impressed with their professional handling of a few minor emergencies that have come up over the past year. So nice to not have to deal with the headache of managing these issues on my own.
