- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a standard property management agreement, Smart Asset Managment collects a management fee percentage of the monthly rent collected. Inquire for more information regarding our leasing and maintenance fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect all the required documentation to onboard the proeprty owner and properties. Prior to commencing management services, a management agreement must be signed, there is not a long-term commitment, only a 30 days notice is required to end management. New costumers have access to an Owner Portal which provides visibilty to leases, rent collected, expenses and more, relating to their properties. All new clients are provided a designated contact list assigned to their portfolio.
