Introduction: Speaking is the platform I am able to use to share, grow, and equip others of all ages. I have a story, both in my personal life and throughout my journey of playing basketball for the late, legendary Coach Pat Summitt, on into the professional ranks. There are many topics I can touch on with a lot of life experience. Not to mention a great sense of humor...I promise, you won't be bored! I enjoy the adrenaline rush that comes from speaking. I enjoy the ability to reach out to a stranger and relate to them on a personal level through the authenticity shared on stage. I enjoy sharing the dark, difficult times of my life to relate to others while instilling hope and faith that can and will carry them through.

Shanna has spoken at numerous FCA events, banquets, and camps. She also speaks at large events, where some range over 6,000 in attendance. She does a fantastic job connecting with her audience. She provides insight from her record setting high school basketball career, years playing at the U. of Tennessee under her Legendary Coach Pat Summitt, and 6 years in the WNBA. She’s willing to be open and transparent, enabling the audience to relate to her personal life experience as she’s had to overcome a divorce and emotional abuse. One thing many people admire about Shanna is her realness and her vulnerability. When Shanna is on stage, in front of hundreds of people, or in a face-to-face conversation, she is real. What she likes to call it... REAL TALK!

Dynamic speaker and teacher! I loved hearing about her life experiences as well as her healing process through brokenness. She is funny, relatable and authentic. She would be great for all ages, women's groups, keynote at luncheons, anything sports related, teen events, conferences or club functions.
