- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my quotes are negotiable and I offer a paid referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! I usually like to hop on a quick call to clarify expectations. During this call we'll identify the best time and location for you. Afterwards, I'll send an email summarizing our conversation with a contract attached and request a 50% deposit. If the location is outdoors we'll also identify a rain date or alternate location. I'll check the weather and confirm the day before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained in-home, on location, and in studio with some of the best portrait and wedding photographers in the Northwest. I was also assistant to a commercial photographer whose accounts include Feathered Friends and REI, and a Resource Manager at RUN Studios, a production house whose primary accounts are Microsoft and Amazon.
