Introduction: I have worked for more than 15 years in the counseling and mentoring field. I became a certified life coach in 2015 working with mindfulness for relaxation and calming teachings. I received a BA in social work and a Masters in psychology. I have volunteered as a parent aide in the mental health field for more than 10 years helping families in turmoil find resolution so that these families can stay together and out of foster care. In my career, I have worked with victims of domestic violence, children of those victims, adults with anger issues, parents who abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, ADHD, codependency, and relationship issues. I love seeing a positive outcome when working with clients, seeing them happy and fulfilled because they were able to set and reach goals, find more positive ways of dealing with issues, move past the past and start fresh.
