Been an athlete all my life. Played division 1 football at USC and CSUN. I love helping others and training is a great platform to do so

I have worked with all types of customers. From teenagers to those 75 and up.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire someone you are comfortable with. Not someone that over promises results.
