My workout with Thu was amazing. She brings alot of energy to her workouts and really prioritize your goals. Each workout I have completed with Thu have left me wanting more. I can't wait until our next session. I would recommend Thu to anyone who is looking for a trainer that can not only bring exciting, challenging, and fun workouts to help push through each and every workout but will also inmprove your overall health. Nonetheless A1 experience!

Thu provides a very comfortable work out environment when I train with her. She’s always making sure that I have the correct form & a safe weight but still challenging at the same time and no matter what I want to work on that day, she’s always prepared with a killer workout. Thu always make me feel like a priority because each workout is specific to my needs and wants. Has never been late and always respond within minutes to my texts, so I know that I can always count on her.

I enjoy having Thu train me because she actually understands the human body and how it moves. I told her my goals for the summer and I’ve already achieved them, so we’ve set new ones to knock down! Also I’ve never had a boring workout with her.

Thu has the perfect balancing of push and pull. I know going into every workout whether it's leg day or back, I AM GOING TO BE SORE. And that's in the best way possible. There's something amazing knowing that her workouts push your body in all the right ways. It makes the time spent in the gym 100% worth it. I've been working out with Thu for 3 months now. I have the lowest body fat percentage I've ever had in my life. Weight is going to the right places and my overall tone definition is improving. She's the best if you're looking for results!
