FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the first things I do is send out a personalised email with a link to a New Client Survey--this has questions geared toward the specific type of photography any new client is looking for, and it helps me to get to know the client and their desires. I make myself available to the client through email, phone calls, texts, and/or in-person meetings to ensure that their experience is amazing and tailored to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer, though I have over a decade of experience behind the lens. I am not afraid to admit that I am always learning and growing in my craft, as that is part of being a creative person--there are always new things to discover and learn and perfect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved photography, and when I finally received my first digital camera, I did everything I could with the resources available to learn about the craft. A dear friend of mine was deep into photography at this point, and she mentored me throughout those first few years.
