FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Site conditions, accessibility, material selections, and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price of most projects making it difficult to have a "standard price".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial contact has been made, an in-person visit is scheduled. During this visit the ideas a homeowner might have for their project are discussed, we will also offer some suggestions as needed, and begin the process of figuring out what the total cost to do the work will be. A detailed estimate will be provided complete with materials to be used, expected timeline, and the overall scope of work to be included. If the Homeowner agree's to hire us for their project, then a start date is scheduled. When we start a project we work on that project until it is finished. We only work one project at a time which most homeowners seem to like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 Year of masonry school, 15 years of building fences with my father and 16 years of on the job Landscaping work. Various seminars on irrigation, plants and pavers.
