- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to work with clients and do my best to tailor my presentations to fit within your time period and budget. I also try to tithe back to organizations that have hired me or a nonprofit that the organization supports.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a face-to-face conversation if possible, if not over the phone, where I find out as much information as I can about the organization I am working with. I ask questions that help me elicit the optimal ways we can partner together so I can add the most value to the organization and the event. I do my very best to meet the objectives and goals for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified John Maxwell trainer, speaker and coach. I am a Level II DISC trainer. I won the Iowa Toastmasters International Speech Contest for Iowa, Division A.
