- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fee may apply for location(s) 30miles outside of 60077. All session includes: -edited digital files -private online gallery for 1 month where you can view, share, downloand or order your favorite photo (s) -print release (while you can order photos directly through your gallery, you're also able to print wherever you'd like)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process start with getting to know my client(s) and the type of services they need. We then talk about ideas from outfits, props, locations or any photo inspo they may have in mind. Once we finalize everything I will send a digital photo contract to be sign & a retainer fee will be due at signing. The remaining balance will be due at the date of the photo session. Photos will be ready in 1-2weeks for portraits. Events may take up to 4-8wks depending on the type of event.
