- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are based on standard square footage and all customers will receive final quote during initial walk-through. Recurring customers will receive an additional discount for each recurring service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact is made with the client to discuss what type of clean would be best for their home. 2. A quote is provided to the client over the phone or in person for a walkthrough consultation. 3. Once the client is given a quote, we schedule a time and day that works best for the client.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of clean is being requested (deep clean, standard clean)? What area and items are important to be cleaned? (cabinets, baseboards, inside fridge, closet etc)
