Introduction: I know the struggle it can take with workouts or nutrition to get on the right track. I spend the time in and out of the gym to make sure communication is open and I'm helping each person to the best of my ability.
All of my nutritional coaching or phrasing for workouts are unique to each individual I work with.
I'm also very particular about form. Not only does this prevent injury but it also ensures muscles are being used correctly.
A few years ago I gained over 100lbs in the course of a year, even though I had been working out for quite a long time and had been in good shape. Long story short...I had a brain tumor that caused my body to go haywire. After getting everything corrected, medically, I had to figure out how to get back to my previous weight and physical condition.
Fast forward. Now, I'm 100lbs lighter and can do many things I thought would never be physically possible. It was through my own research and trial and error that I discovered my passion to help others become informed about the proper ways to eat and how to mentally push for a workout, while maintaining good form.
