Introduction: I've been doing this for 27 years! I have plenty of recommendations from past clients and stellar reviews as well. So far this year I'm already having my best year ever and have been selling a property every other week totaling over $2.100,000 so far this year. I work by myself and do not pawn everything down to a team of minimum wage assistants. I maintain low overhead and can tailor my own commissions that are personally suited to each individual seller. This agent horrible! He does not follow up with you nor return your phone calls and/or text messages. Agent would not return my phone after numerous attempts. I would NOT recommend at all. I tried calling agent several time with phone/text. Agent would not respond. Realtor simply avoided customer and would not respond. Do NOT recommend.
