- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not so much a standard, due to range of complexity of many different jobs and models my pricing will be per job quoting with room to move up or down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a written idea of what work is needed, a face to face meeting then set a clear goal and direction of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two Associate degrees, one in Design Technology and the other in Engineering Technology
