- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge an hourly rate of $40.00-$45.00/ hr. This cost covers my labor, insurance, licenses/fees, and my companies overhead costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to have a meeting with the potential client to look over the project. It is nearly impossible to provide a quote over the phone or email. The best practice is for me to be able to get my eyes on the project, take notes and measurements. I then will provide a quote which includes labor and material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Residental Construction Management and I have been in the industry since 2004.
