I hired Chimayo to do some catering for a backyard party that I was hosting and could not be happier with the results. They arrived on time with more than enough delicious food for my group of 100. The entire evening went off without a hitch! Their taco bar is to die for!

The service we experienced from Kai was excellent and likewise with the meal he prepared for us. It was chaos enough trying to coordinate a family reunion from out of town but Kai provided us with suggestions that worked for our situation. They provided everything we needed for our meal including utensils, plates, napkins, etc) and cleaned up after we were done, and everyone enjoyed the tasty meal.
