- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are free, up to an hour, and we offer on-site services if you need us to travel to you. Bookkeeping rates are $45 per hour. You can contact us directly for tax pre fees, as they are based on how many schedules you need to file. Also, at Spring Point Accounting, we are proud to honor those who keep us safe and protect our way of life. That is why we are proud to offer our Veterans and First Responders with a 15% discount on their personal tax returns. Its our way of saying, THANK YOU!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation to get to know you, your company and your individual needs. I am also able to visit you on-site to see your business first hand and discuss your bookkeeping needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Accounting and 20 years of tax preparation, financial review and bookkeeping.
