We saw a coupon in the Money Mailer for R and L and decided to give them a try. We were extremely pleased. We had two rooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned. We received a call that our tech was on the way and 15 minutes later, Nelson arrived. Nelson made a very positive impression from the way he was neatly dressed and his politeness. Our carpets were cleaned in about 1 hour and dried in about 4 more. The carpets look great. We will definitely use them again.

The Carpet Tech was very professional, prompt, and courteous. Removed old stains in my carpet and did an overall great job! I would definitely use this company again!
