Introduction: I have a passion for helping women define and realize success in their careers. My ideal client includes women who are feeling unfulfilled in their current role, who desire to achieve great things, want to make a difference and leave a lasting mark. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, MBA in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management, I’ve enjoyed a successful career in consulting, building strategies and leading fantastic, dynamic teams. With extensive training in developing leadership potential, my aim is to redefine what is possible. Personal achievements include marathon runner and a world champion second-degree black belt in martial arts. I provide my clients with a powerful and positive perspective to help them define success in many areas. After nearly 20 successful years as a leader in the corporate environment, I founded Cognitive Change to focus my attention on a genuine passion for developing, inspiring and empowering others. Working with both individual coaching clients and organizational teams, my programs concentrate on core principles of leadership, confidence building and change to shift behaviors from within, resulting in limitless potential. My coaching clients include individuals looking for positive change in their career and life.
