Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I believe that technology is like a foreign language. No one should be shamed or ripped off for not speaking that language themselves. I'm here to translate, facilitate, and help provide the best value to the customers. I've got a creative eye, a strong marketing sense, and the willingness to work with a client's budget to make any job amazing. I like the puzzle. Each project is a unique challenge. The parameters change each time (budget, time, resources, etc.), and it makes everything I do a refreshing and unique challenge even if the core task remain the same. I'm a problem solver who likes to help people.

Robbi helped me change my Facebook identities in a way that let me join photography groups with a relevant identity. It was far more complicated than I could have done solo since I had 2 businesses and a personal identity previously. He was reasonably priced, very responsive, and listened very well to my needs and concerns. He came up the the perfect solution. I would hire him again any time. Essentially, it is like high priced agency advice and skill from a freelance guy who is personable and not at all high priced. I think you'll be glad you hired him. Though the specifics of my social media needs are not likely the same issue you are facing, mine was more complicated than it sounds and he did it so well that I have confidence that if he tells you he can do it, he can. On top of it, you'll like him.

Robbi A was the best price $200 versus $5,400. Others were some where in between but much higher than Robbi. I have hired others and 2 months later they still have not made the changes. Robbi did a brand new site in less than a week with the main hold up being my wife making changes. Very easy to work with. I can't say enough about him. He optimized my site for mobil and SEO.

We were with an out-of-state company that managed our website completely, prior to working with Robbi. It was extremely hard to communicate with them, and they were involved in all aspects; answering feedback, pictures, wording, etc.. We found Robbi on Thumbtack. He helped us design our own site that we can now personally manage and oversee. He taught us the basic ins and outs of the web world. His customer service is top notch. He is considered part of the family now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks Robbi and Thumbtack!

I hired Robbi Anthony of Firedove Technolgy to update my website and I highly recommend her! She is a good communicator and understood my requirements perfectly from the start. She wrote a simple but functional contract and my job was completed quickly and efficiently. The only snag we hit was the fault of the web host that a previous consultant had chosen. She gave me good advice on how to change the host and all went quickly from there. She even saved me money! I highly recommend Robbi Anthony and would not hesitate to call on her for future projects.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have eight years of graphic design experience, six years of web design experience, and experience working at an advertising agency.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Small business, medium businesses, other freelancers, hobbyists, start-ups, consumers, and just about everything in between.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't let anyone bog you down in the technical jargon. You can always ask someone what are the technical parameters of what they are doing, but avoid someone who is trying to make you sell you on a higher price by using esoteric industry language.
