FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we base it on what works best and can come in at a lower cost for the client. This could mean bidding by square foot or linear foot to hourly rates. Also we figure amount of difficultly. Example: installing trim/ molding or crown can take hours longer to install based on how detailed it is. Then we price per liner foot verses hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with the client and really listen to the clients wants and needs.. We take in consideration their budget, the clients design style, favorite colors and personality to help create their vision through innovative design and quality. Then we come up with a game plan as to how to progress forward. Even if it means taking the extra time to find the best product at the lowest cost. Anotherwords we take in all factors to complete a bid that works within the budget. We also will figure in the possible unknowns and costs/ problems we might run into when opening up walls when creating open concept to adding electrical. We walk through everything so there are no surprises of extra costs.
