- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have one of our consultants come by your house to take some measurements and go over some options with you. The choices you make (design choices, mostly) will help to build you a down to the penny estimate of what it would cost to move forward. This consultation takes just about an hour and is 100% free with no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee at Bath Fitter has gone through rigorous training and been certified at our factory in Nashville, TN.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of this franchise, Andrew, started working as an installer when he was just out of high school. He is a hands on kind of owner/ manager and an incredibly knowledgeable leader of our team.
