- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is based on the information you give via the website. However, it could change once the issue is assessed in person. However, we do our very best to be as reasonable as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We receive a request. 2.) We determine what is needed based on the information that is provided by the client. 3.) We send a quoted estimate. 3.) A time is set to complete the work with the requestor. 4.) We come to fix the issue. 5.) We follow up to be sure that the client is satisfied. 6.) We offer full support should an issue resurface.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company has technicians with over 20 years of experience. This has been built upon professional licensure, continuing education and numerous projects that have spanned from individual to corporate clients.
