Introduction: I am a certified executive chef,professional culinary educator, and local foods advocate. Every experience, from a team building lunch to your perfect vision on your dream wedding, is a personalized custom culinary adventure. You will meet with Chadwick to plan the event and create a menu based on your budget and needs. This can also include live culinary educational demos and recipes for the guest. I have 10 years experience as a culinary college-level professional educator, but all presentations are designed even for entry-level. Menus and the food I cook are heavily affected by the 12 years I spent learning under three different certified chefs from the Mediterranean region. I take those skills and cooking styles then apply it to fresh foods and whatever possible foods from the area. I like to bring cooking back to the fundamentals, where you get a few fresh local ingredients and use really solid simple cooking methods to make something delicious, wholesome, and unforgettable food that people love. Not only do I want to cook that type of food for people, but I love to teach them. Along the way, I share everything I know: all the recipes always. Teaching people along the way is what my goal is even when I am cooking for them. I enjoy educating the community on how to utilize fresh local ingredients with easy-to-learn fundamental solid cooking. Teaching someone how to make something wholesome and delicious to enjoy it always by their own hands and maybe even pass it on is my mission even if I only cater a meal. This mission is a part of everything I do.
